Many of kpeeweezy's creations are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Because of this, some designs may sell out quickly.

The good news? Many items may still be available through a Made-to-Order request!

Whether you're hoping to purchase a sold-out favorite, need additional quantities, or would like a currently available design recreated, kpeeweezy may be able to help.

🌿 What Can Be Made to Order?

Depending on material availability and production schedule, the following items may be eligible for Made-to-Order requests:

  • Faux Leather ID & Badge Holder Sets
  • Coin Pouches
  • Pencil Cases & Zipper Pouches
  • Vinyl Sticker Sheets
  • Acrylic Keychains
  • Journals
  • Other handmade accessories currently offered in the shop

Please note that not all designs can be recreated. Availability depends on materials, artwork, and production limitations.

Handmade Variations

Each item is handmade and may feature slight variations in:

  • Pattern placement
  • Fabric cuts
  • Vinyl placement
  • Color appearance
  • Other handmade details

These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Material Availability

Some fabrics, vinyls, hardware, charms, or specialty materials may become unavailable.

In these situations, kpeeweezy's Craft Corner may:

  • Offer a suitable alternative
  • Suggest a similar design
  • Decline the request if the original design cannot be recreated

Made-to-Order Policy

Because these items are created specifically for you:

  • Made-to-Order items are considered custom-produced.
  • Orders can NOT be canceled once production begins.
  • Made-to-Order items are FINAL SALE.
  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Production timelines vary based on:

  • Current order volume
  • Material availability
  • Quantity requested
  • Product complexity

Estimated completion times will be provided before production begins.

Please note that Made-to-Order items generally require additional processing time beyond standard in-stock orders.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Design name (if applicable)
  • Quantity desired
  • Any special details or questions

Step 2: Availability Review

We'll review:

  • Material availability
  • Production capacity
  • Estimated completion timeline

If your request can be accommodated, we'll provide an estimated production timeframe.

Step 3: Invoice & Payment

Once details are confirmed:

  • A custom invoice will be sent
  • Full payment is required before production begins

Production slots cannot be reserved until payment is received.

Step 4: Handmade with Care

Your order will be carefully handcrafted during the next available production batch.

Because every item is handmade, production times may vary.
