At kpeeweezy's Craft Corner, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that are inherent to handmade items
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or packaging has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries caused by carrier issues or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
